Holding space for individuals, students and staff to explore breathwork, asana and mindfulness practices that support an overall state of wellness, respect for self and others, and discovering the ability to self-regulate and access calm.

Offerings

  • Adult Yoga Classes

    45-60 minutes adult yoga classes can be offered in a chair, with a restorative focus, or a more movement-based flow including styles like Kundalini and Vinyasa. Breathwork (pranayama) is often a primary element. Classes can be tailored to the specific needs of the participants, and themed accordingly.

  • School-based Children's Yoga

    Kids yoga classes are structured similarly to a classroom teacher's lesson. During our "launch," we enter the space of yoga by quieting the mind. During "guided practice," students have the chance to learn poses in an engaging, age-appropriate way. At the end of our class, we have an opportunity to reflect and have "discourse" around the day's practice.

  • Private 1:1 Yoga

    For a determined length of time or number of sessions, you and I will work together to co-create a practice that is safe and specific to your needs or desires. All first sessions will be preceded by a virtual consultation to ensure you have an opportunity to intentionally design your experience.

  • Workshops

    Generally focused on mindfulness and breathwork, workshops often incorporate elements of meditation, journaling, and art-making. Workshops are designed to facilitate an experience that is both shared and personal, leaving everyone to feel more empowered and equipped to manage stress and anxiety.

Yogi Beans is an educational, energetic, and transformative yoga–for–kids program built on age-specific curricula from babies to teens. Yogi Beans classes develop children's abilities to focus (attention), stand up straight (posture), move their limbs with control (coordination) and grace (flexibility), and find inner strength (self–confidence).

  • Learned with practitioners to develop holistic care practices and personal evolution with a focus on enhancing conscious living through personal development and community building
